The second bath has access to the heated pool. The deck surface, sidewalks and driveway are finished with pavers. The mature landscape has magnolia, palm, avocado, and coconut palms. The garage is not available for your car.

Great location for exploring Fort Meyers

 

Beautiful, well maintained home. The pool and lanai alone make this home a perfect vacation! Great location for exploring Fort Meyers, Lovers Key State Park/Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and even Naples. We would definitely return!

Renee was a super host

 

Renee was a super host! Quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We stayed for a week and have a family of 6 and 1 dog. The home is very spacious and we didn’t even use one of the 4 bedrooms. The boat lift was a perfect fit for our 26’ center console boat. Pool was clean and cool and hot tub was a hit in the evenings with the kids watching sunsets. Great location close to all the shopping you can handle. We will be back again for sure!

Great home with so many extras for those traveling. We loved the pool, location and kayaks and paddleboards. Renee was really helpful. plenty of room to enjoy inside and outside.

The pictures of Villa Bella Rio do not do it justice, it's even more beautiful and a must visit. The house is roomy and beautiful and the owner has supplied the kitchen with everything you need. I love the walk-in closets in every bedroom. The pool and hot tub are a great place to kick back and relax without having to worry about crowds. The dock is a great place to bring a lounge chair and sit in the sun and read by the water. The quiet is great for recharging. If you are looking to bring kids and family, there is plenty of open room in the house and plenty of seats at the dining room tables, inside and outside. The house is tucked away but close enough to get everywhere you need to get in town. There is also a notebook that gives restaurant suggestions in the area for all tastes.
It was a great experience for me and my husband and we are planning to return next year with family. I highly recommend Villa Belle Rio!!

Really comfortable with great amenities

 

Really comfortable with great amenities. The host was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood near great tourist atractions, shoppings and outlets, but we stayed at the house most of the time. The only “negative “ aspect was the speed of the internet conection, but it was good enough for streaming.

Nice house in a good neighborhood

 

Nice house in a good neighborhood. Pool was warmer than i would of liked but my kid loved it! Never used the kyacks but looked fun. Had a pet lizard/gecko come in the home :) Great place overrall and definitely would rent again. They also had a binder with lots of suggestions to eat and things to do in the area which is helpful!
