This wonderful Villa is located in a peaceful residential area directly on a freshwater canal. From the large dock, you can fish, watch water birds, and turtles. This completely furnished villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan featuring the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed, as well as all the dishes to cook, and enjoy full meals. There is an attached laundry room complete with a new washer and dryer. The home has a wireless internet connection and a 2 car garage. For entertainment, there are 3 televisions all with satellite tv, DVD players, stereo, and games. By the heated pool you can swim, grill, dine and relax under a screened lanai. There are two fishing poles provided for you to fish off the home's dock. Restaurants and different shopping facilities like supermarkets, drug store, gas stations, and others are 3-10 minutes away. The recreational options in the region are very diverse: golfing, boat tours, fishing, hiking, Cape Coral Beach, Water Park and more. The closest outlet center is about 35 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach or the dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island can be reached in about 30 minutes. At 365 acres, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve offers walking/hiking trails and seasonal kayak rentals and is only 10 minutes away.

Villa Avalon is a perfect rental home for a Florida stay
Villa Avalon is a perfect rental home for a Florida stay. The house, pool, and lanai are well-maintained. And the house is very well-equipped with everything you need including plenty of pool towels and even chairs/umbrellas to take to the beach! Our family has stayed in many AirBnbs and we were impressed by the the furnishings such as Calphalon pans and high quality linens.
We also enjoyed morning runs around the neighborhood and the ability to walk to pickup food: Dunkin’ Donuts, ice cream, subs/pizza/tacos!

This home is absolutely beautiful
This home is absolutely beautiful. They had everything you would need on your vacation. We loved swimming in the pool and feeding the ducks that would stop on by and hang out for awhile. You have all the stores conveniently close to the home and Fort. Myers beach is only a 30 minute drive. Renee, the host, was also very nice as well, she let us check in early and had all the lights on in the house when we got there. She called us and checked to make sure everything was going good. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Avalon. This house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and the location is perfect (Publix and other shops and restaurants are super near). We loved that the pool lays in a southward direction. So, we could enjoy the sun all day. Renee replied directly and helped us immediately. We‘ll definitely be back soon. :-)

We have stayed here at Villa Avalon twice and it is perfect!! It’s beautifully decorated, well stocked with games, kitchen supplies, beach must haves, and a spectacular master suite. The lanai is so peaceful in the am for coffee and watching the wildlife in the canal. We highly recommend this home!! Many memories made.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! Renee was so good to accommodate our early arrival (at 4 am), and she ensured we had everything we needed throughout our week long stay. The house was immaculate, and the house felt luxurious with the amount of space, modern decor, and gorgeous lanai with a pool. We would definitely return to this house again, and would love to work with Renee again!!

The villa was spacious
We have recently spent a lovely week at Villa Avalon. The villa was spacious, stylish and perfectly equipped for our stay with our two teenage boys. We were made to feel very welcome by Jeff the day after we arrived. The pool was wonderful - the perfect temperature and we enjoyed turtle-watching in the canal. The villa's position is perfect for exploring the local area and is very close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend Villa Avalon - a great place for a relaxing, peaceful and very comfortable holiday.

Villa Avalon was just as the photos depicted. The house was clean and spacious and all the facilities and consumables were top grade. The house was also fully stocked with games, pool toys and bikes that kept our children entertained from the first moment we set foot in the house. The house is near to shops, supermarkets and restaurants and is also near to the main roads through to Fort Myers and the Interstate so the location was great. We were met within 24 hours by the agent who personally recommended all the best restaurants and beaches to go to in Fort Myers, Sanibel, Naples and even Miami. The house was perfect for our holiday and I would recommend it to anybody wanting a base to explore West Florida.
